General Terms Applicable to All Products

Acceptance: By accessing or using any North End Law digital tool or service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and all applicable laws and regulations.

Attorney-Client Relationship: Use of our digital tools does not, by itself, create an attorney-client relationship. Such a relationship is only established through a signed engagement letter.

Confidentiality: All information submitted through our tools is treated as confidential and handled in accordance with our privacy policies and applicable professional responsibility rules.

No Legal Advice: Automated outputs, summaries, or analyses provided by our tools are for informational purposes only and do not constitute legal advice. All outputs are subject to attorney review.

Modifications: We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

Dealroom Terms

Purpose

The Dealroom is a secure virtual data room provided to North End Law clients for the purpose of sharing, organizing, and reviewing documents related to corporate transactions, due diligence, and other legal matters.

Access Controls

Access to the Dealroom is granted on a need-to-know basis. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and must not share access with unauthorized individuals.

Document Handling

Documents uploaded to the Dealroom remain the property of the uploading party. North End Law does not claim ownership of client documents. Users must ensure they have the right to upload any materials shared.

Retention & Deletion

Dealroom contents are retained for the duration of the engagement plus a reasonable period thereafter. Clients may request deletion of their data upon completion of the matter, subject to legal retention requirements.

Prohibited Uses

Users may not use the Dealroom to store or transmit malicious code, infringing materials, or content unrelated to the designated legal matter.
