Information We Collect

When you book a call through our website, the booking is made in the Cal.com calendar, which collects your name, email address and any notes you add, and passes them to us. When you choose to sign in with Google (for example to download a resource or upload a contract), we receive your name, email address and basic profile information from your Google account.

When you submit a matter through our website, we collect the details you enter in the form: your name, work email address, company (if you give it), the type of matter and your description of it. The form also runs an automated check to keep out spam.

When you request one of our free reports or resources, such as a website exposure scan, an InScope regulatory report or a contract review, we collect the details you give in the request form (and, for a contract review, the document you upload) so that we can prepare the report and send it to you.

We Do Not Sell or Share Your Information

North End Law does not sell your personal information. We do not share your personal information with third parties for cross-context behavioral advertising purposes. Your data is used solely to fulfill your request.

Purpose and Legal Basis

We process your personal information based on our legitimate interest to fulfill your request: to schedule a consultation, to prepare and send a report you have asked for, or, when you submit a matter, to assess it, run a conflicts check and respond to you. This is a permissible business purpose under the CCPA/CPRA.

AI and Model Training

We do not collect, use or sell personal information for the purpose of training large language models. We use AI in our practice under a written policy: what you send us is processed to handle your request, and it is not used to train any model, ours or a third party's. Our AI policy sets out how we work.

Your California Privacy Rights

As a California resident, you have the following rights:
