When you book an appointment through our website, we collect information through Google Single Sign-On, which may include your name, email address, and profile information associated with your Google account.

We Do Not Sell or Share Your Information

North End Law does not sell your personal information. We do not share your personal information with third parties for cross-context behavioral advertising purposes. Your data is used solely to fulfill your request for legal services.

Purpose and Legal Basis

We process your personal information based on our legitimate interest to fulfill your request to schedule a consultation. This is a permissible business purpose under the CCPA/CPRA.

Data Retention

We retain your personal information for a maximum of 6 months from the date of collection. If you become a client, we will update our legal basis and retention period in accordance with our attorney-client relationship obligations.
